Multiple supporters of former President Donald Trump have reported suffering from a mysterious eye injury after attending a rally in Tucson, Arizona, last week. The mysterious incident has led to questions concerning whether the former president could have been targeted in a “chemical attack” that led to multiple rally attendees suffering from “unbearable” eye pain.
KVOA talked with multiple attendees from last week’s Trump rally and reported that each of the attendees the outlet interviewed claimed to have suffered eye irritation and received medical treatment.
One of the attendees, Mayra Rodriguez, told the outlet, “As soon as we left and we stepped outside, my eyes were burning.” After driving home from the rally, her eye irritation became so painful that she quickly went to a local emergency room.
