Glad to have ya here at TBR.... @cfkerchner

Stick around and just be yourself...

That said, not sure the person's website is 100% aligned with me....... I found this just skimming the page...

I wanted Obama to win, I wanted to see the first black American elected to the Office of President, I wanted Americans to show the world they were not racist, but most of all I wanted unity to return to our nation.

I wanted Alan Keyes to win ... a conservative Black with more values I admired.... No way did I want Obama to win.

I would love to see something become of this -- but they let Rubio run - neither of his parents were citizens.  Cruz's mother was a U.S. citizen, but his father was not. O'bama-- who knows.  IOW the precedent has already been set.

I think at best perhaps we can hope for is that she is not recognized as a candidate in FL and omitted from the ballot.  Though time is ticking .... early voting is mandated and runs from October 26 - November 2.  Each county Supervisor of Elections may offer more days of early voting.

If this is successfully challenged and she is omitted from the ballot then obviously it would go to SCOTUS - I see them kicking it back to the states. FL has a relatively conservative legislature (at least for now).

I think all in all -- timing and precedents have already been set and I don't see this going anywhere.

I'm not sure if the governor would be able to make any stipulations????
