I fully agree with the premise of the suit. I have pointed out that I do not believe Harris fulfills the NBC requirement for POTUS. Getting the SCOTUS to examine this case is a toss-up,but something that I believe needs to be done. Of course, in the event SCOTUS (and its leakers) does hear the case and decide against Harris being eligible, there will be tremendous blowback, and likely the sort of rioting that we saw with the George Floyd incident, in spades--not to mention the imported army of illegals who might be inclined to join in. It could get messy, and the justices who decide against her would need some serious security, because that's how these Communists roll. If we think the legacy media are out of line with their lies and incivility now, just imagine them going full-on psychotic over this issue, with every dab of 'racist' and 'misogynist' they can muster. Just judging from the sheer lunacy of the trolls on 'X' over simple opposition in an electoral setting, one of two things would happen: wailing and gnashing of teeth with the usual neighborhoods put to the torch by the offended who believe the fable they have been sold (Joy, with the Obama 'O') and a huge tantrum by the Left, or orchestrated attempts to do physical harm at any they have been primed (again, by the Legacy Media and more by social media) to regard, not as fellow Americans who disagree, but as a mortal enemy bent on perpetrating some sort of 'genocide' against whatever marginalized group they identify with.
In short, it could get messy, but that doesn't mean it should not be done.
We didn't get to be the United States by giving in to angst over conflict, possibly even physical conflict, but by the legacy left by men of virtue who pledged their Lives, Fortunes, and Sacred Honor.
One can only hope the Tree of Liberty isn't very thirsty.
