Putin has been upgrading his nuclear arsenal. 

But for me, the more compelling concern is what Iran is doing.  With the Biden Idiocracy's major funding of the Iranian nation, Iran has returned to the epicenter of fueling terror in the Middle East.  Today, the news reported Iran is weeks away from having a nuclear weapon.  When they get one, or ten, what then?

Not really.  Russia doesn't have the resources to do that with the Ukrainian War eating up its military budgets, and I've got a sneaking suspicion that most of its nukes don't work anymore.  The last time Russia actually lit one off was October 24, 1990, 34 years ago.  And there have been plenty of stories about more recent failed nuclear missile tests in the news.
