And just a couple of observational summation points on this debate....
(1) I seriously doubt any Trump supporter bolted because of this. I think Trump needs to treat this as one "news cycle loss", which includes the idiotic Taylor Swift endorsement for Harris. If Swift was so smart, she'd withheld that endorsement to another "News cycle day"
(2) I want to know how and what happened to Trump's plan to win this. Why did he go off the rails? If he can't control himself with this mental light weight, you got to wonder about other things.
(3) I was amazed by Harris' nailing way past expectations. Almost bizarrely, and whether ABC was involved with her debate prep. I don't think without help, she does not have the ability to compete at the level she did last night. Her performance IMO, was up there in the same craziness of Doc Ellis throwing a no hitter while on Acid.
(4) ABC in historic fashion skewed this debate. Case 1, I think Trump was fact checked about 5 or 6 times. Harrris? None, though she was spewing non stop lies and distortions. This was the most MSM influenced and biased POTUS debate in history. And I have been watching these things since Nixon v. Humphrey.
(5) Impact?- With all the monday morning quarterbacking, one thing that we seem to forget is that Trump seems to get poll bumps, even when tradtional thinking would be otherwise. Kind of like during the lawfare events. There is a decent chance that some INDYs and moderates saw behind the ruse, and just might decide for Trump. On this matter, we should know within a week.
