Chaos as first mail ballots for 2024 election delayed after court rules RFK's name must be removed

The first ballots set to be mailed in the 2024 election season will be delayed after a North Carolina court ruled Robert F Kennedy Jr. name must be removed.

The crucial battleground state was set to begin mailing the first ballots on September 6 as state law dictates the ballots start going out sixty days before Election Day.

But the ballots still included the name of the one-time Independent presidential candidate before he dropped out of the race and endorsed Donald Trump.

On Friday, the North Carolina Court of Appeals granted Kennedy's request to stop ballots with his name from going out. The court also told a lower court judge to order the State Board of Elections to distribute ballots without Kennedy’s name on them.

It came after a judge Thursday rejected Kennedy's request but ordered election officials not to send ballots out before noon Friday as Kennedy's team appealed.

As of Friday morning, county boards of elections in the state had received more than 132,500 absentee ballot requests including about 12,500 requests from military and overseas voters.

Reprinting and assembling ballot packages could take more than two weeks.

The 80 million votes last time for the sickly old White man basement dweller Biden was just a test run. This year, the Democrats want to double that to well over 100 to 200 million fake votes for whomever the candidate is. These delays are screwing up their plan. And that can only be a good thing.

I just love the thought of them having to reprint all the extra ballots stacked up for the steal. Now if someone only finds a stack of pristine pre-voted ballors with RFK, Jr's name on them...
