Nope.  If they haven't committed crimes, let their applications go to the bottom of the pile, and be processed last.

They should not be able to cut in front of those who have followed the legal process from the beginning.

That is EXACTLY what many American Liberals say they want. This is why they call themselves "citizens of the world".
"Citizen of the World" works fine for the childish Liberals unless they travel out of American boundaries.

You can get away with this nonsense in parts of America, but other countries have a less generous view of 'citizenship'. They generally throw them in jail.
