Underestimating the opposition is not only stupid, it's damned dangerous...soy boy there may be cannon fodder or a head fake to generate cynicism towards their abilities.
Others, not so much. They are learning and taking action...the kicker here is that they have the ability to organize hundreds or thousands in short order, whereas most all of us on the "other side" would be alone or in very small numbers.
I abhor gross over-confidence because it leads to complacency.
