Manufacturing Slump Undermines Key Harris Spin on Economy

While Kamala Harris tries on the campaign trail to sell her agenda to America’s factory workers, August was another grim month for U.S. manufacturing.

The Institute for Supply Management’s manufacturing index came in at 47.2 percent in November, the fifth straight month below the 50 percent threshold signaling contraction for sector.

The number was slightly improved from the eight-month low of 46.8 percent recorded in July.

 “While still in contraction territory, U.S. manufacturing activity contracted slower compared to last month. Demand continues to be weak, output declined, and inputs stayed accommodative.

Manufacturing has contracted in 21 out of the last 22 months, according to the Institute for Supply Management (ISM).

Can't expand businesses in Blue States.  It's too expensive and there are too many regulations.

Businesses and population will grow in Red States because they areless expensive and have fewer regulations.

Massachusetts effective Government policies are anti-growth.  That is why Massachusetts has been loosing House Districts in the last few decades.  Ironically, Massachusetts benefits more from the Electoral College with each district it loses.

By 2030, the Dems will want illegal immigrants (aka assylum seekers) to become legal Residents or to count illegal immigrant assylum seekers in the 2030 Census.  That's the only hope for Massachusetts to slow down the rate at which it is loosing House Seats to other states.

We are leading a world wide slow down.  No surprises here, and we are one earnings cycle away from some ugly market action.
