Kamala Harris Targets American Businesses With $100 Billion Tax Hike

Vice President Kamala Harris is gunning for businesses with a plan to hike taxes.

As part of her presidential campaign, Harris is pushing to hike the corporate tax rate to 28 percent, a move that critics say could hit the economy hard just as the country tries to steady itself.

Harris campaign spokesman James Singer confirmed the plan to NBC News, claiming the tax increase is “a fiscally responsible way to put money back in the pockets of working people and ensure billionaires and big corporations pay their fair share.”

The nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office estimates that a 1 percent increase in the corporate tax rate could bring in about $100 billion over a decade.

The hike could significantly weigh on economic growth and discourage investment inside the U.S. By raising the statutory rate higher than those of many other major economies, the tax could drive businesses abroad.

“At a 28 percent federal rate, the U.S. corporate rate would be roughly 32 percent and the second highest in the OECD,” AEI senior fellow Kyle Pomerleau noted.

I think anyone with a functional brain knows the future outcome of the USA should Harris win.  I believe the republic is gone, we are in the swirl, and it is the last water swirling that is headed south.  How to reverse that fatal flush?  I just do not see a way to reverse it short of a revolution.  And I do not see the American people resorting to revolution.  We have become too fat and lazy a people to lift a finger to restore our republic.

Jeffries hinted that should Trump win, the Dems may resort to not installing him as POTUS.  Now I almost welcome that event, for if anything would trigger a revolution/revolt/insurrection, maybe that would.

As long as we are a nation led by communists, who subscribe to the rainbow coalition, the people forcing abortion, sterilization of children and others under the guise of transgender bullsh*t, we are a dying culture, and not healthy in any regard.

The Democommies are literally celebrating the destruction of life with their despicable convention and their evil embrace of abortion.  Trump did not eliminate abortion, the Supreme Court did not eliminate abortion, it was merely returned to the states to decide for themselves.  And I heard, not sure, that abortions were actually substantially higher in 2023.

I am normally a very positive person, but in regard to what I have witnessed since Obama was elected, I haven't seen much to be positive about.  When Trump ran in 2016, and promised to end the H1-b Visa Program, it was the first positive note for me since Obama was elected.  But Trump's empty rhetoric ended up being a lie, for he met with the billionaire tech oligarchs in the USA, and months into his first term, he increased the numbers of H1-b Visa recipients.  And he has promised to increase them again if elected.

Harris gets elected, it is the absolute end of the USA.
