REPORT: Biden-Harris “deportation program” lets nearly 90% of illegal immigrant families STAY in the U.S.

Newly released data has revealed that a signature program under the Biden-Harris administration originally intended to remove illegal immigrant families in the United States has actually allowed nearly 90 percent of those illegals to stay in the country.In May 2023, the Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations division launched the Family Expedited Removal Management (FERM) program.
The program seeks to put GPS ankle monitors – called "Alternatives to Detention" technology – on the heads of illegal immigrant households for continuous monitoring until they are deported or win their case to be allowed to stay in the United States. This applies to "family units apprehended at the Southwest Border who are processed for expedited removal and indicate an intention to apply for asylum or express a fear of persecution or torture."
