EXCLUSIVE and BREAKING: During a Donald Trump visit to North Carolina yesterday, a woman Secret Service special agent abandoned her post to breastfeed with no permission/warning to the event site agent, according to three sources in the Secret Service community.

The site agent went to do one final sweep of the walking route and found the agent breast-feeding her child in a room that is supposed to be set aside for important Secret Service official work, i.e. a potential emergency related to the president.

A working agent on duty cannot bring a child to a protective assignment. The woman was out of the Atlanta Field Office.

The woman agent was in the room with two other family members.

This appears to be so new a story that it isn't posted on Real Clear Investigations yet.

It would be an insult to well-trained, hard-working clowns to call Trump's Secret Service entourage a "Clown College"!

But it's no big deal if proper order is observed. She certainly has a lieutenant that serves her and can function perfectly in her absence. I always did.

"All employees of the U.S. Secret Service are held to the highest standards. While there was no impact to the North Carolina event, the specifics of this incident are being examined," the agency said. "Given this is a personnel matter, we are not in a position to comment further."

Nope. But because I traveled, there were occasions when my wife got to be present for my work, and when such an instance occurred, you bet I took a little time to be with her and the kids.

This don't seem to be much different.

If a woman wants a job like the SS or policeman or fireman...then they either need to quit that job or learn how to pump. They can do a true feed on their own time. jmho

The last thing I would want is for my house to be burning down and the first responder to say...wait just a minute, I'll be there as soon as I feed this baby.

And for the record, I think the same for a woman in any job. It's not an employer's responsibility to provide a place or absorb the cost of lost time. Women have been in the workforce for a long, long time and managed a family at the same time. This is one of those new touchy feely things.

Whatever accommodations might be permissible, she chose not to inform her superior.

The agent and her family members bypassed the Uniformed Division checkpoint and were escorted by an unpinned event staff into the room to breastfeed, the sources said. Unpinned means they have not been cleared by the Secret Service to be there.

I think the difference is that this was supposed to be a secured, limited-access area, the people she brought into that area were not cleared, and she apparently knew that.

This agent violated multiple standards of proper procedure.  She should be terminated immediately, any pension she may have earned should be revoked, and any effort to appeal the decision should be met with criminal prosecution.

There is no excuse here for such behavior, NONE!!!!!!!!!!
