RNC has 157,000 volunteers set to watch 2024 results

Republican National Committee co-chairman Michael Whatley stressed the need for his party to ensure there is no fraud in the 2024 election, revealing it has surpassed one of its goals in such an effort.

Whatley explained that part of the RNC’s work to underscore election integrity has included several lawsuits seeking to ensure voters need a form of identification when they cast their vote, which he argued would prevent illegal immigrants from voting this November. He also detailed how he and RNC co-chairwoman Lara Trump have vowed to recruit over 100,000 volunteers for its Protect the Vote program.

“I’m happy to say that we’ve already got 157,000 volunteers who have registered for that program,” Whatley said on Fox News’s Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo. “We’re going to continue to push for the next 87 days to make sure that we have the biggest, most robust national election integrity program in the history of the country.”.................

The RNC has zero lawyers filing suits against States for not abiding by their own election laws.
If a political party does not have its foundation in the determination to advance a cause that is right and that is moral, then it is not a political party; it is merely a conspiracy to seize power.     -Dwight Eisenhower-

"The [U.S.] Constitution is a limitation on the government, not on private individuals ... it does not prescribe the conduct of private individuals, only the conduct of the government ... it is not a charter for government power, but a charter of the citizen's protection against the government."     -Ayn Rand-

Does anyone at the RNC know exactly what they're doing or are they just trying to make it look like they've made some progress and putting forth some effort?

The latter.  I know that first hand.  They wrote me a letter asking me if I wanted to be an observer.  I wrote back asking them what would be the point of that?  I could have on video poll workers making up numbers and  writing them on the batch tally sheet, and the GOP wouldn't do a damn thing about it.  Not a damn thing.

Every single impropriety I witnessed in 2020 was turned over to the GOP.  And they did nothing.  Not a damn thing.  They are worthless.  At least they have been ever since they killed off the TEA Party.

Things sure have changed; at least when 'W' ran, the attempt was made to secure the WH.  O'Bammy sure flipped the scenario to DEM control, power and blatantly ignoring the rule of law. Not to say that there wasn't underhandedness across the aisle, but there was still some reverence for our political system. O changed our Republic forever and not in a good way.
