California will log their hours working in California, and then demand they pay State income taxes on those hours.

The largest, "Park Fire", is northeast of Chico and north of the 2018 Camp Fire, with some overlap. Richardson Springs, near the origin, was evacuated Wednesday last week, with all residents of the area having gotten out safely. Yesterday afternoon the area was declared safe and they were allowed to return. A century or so ago Richardson Springs was a hot springs resort northeast of Chico. Now the former resort is a Youth With A Mission base, with other residences built around it.

1. The massive Park Fire was caused by arson.

2. Fire season has been a thing this time of the year in California for the 6 1/2 decades I can remember, and probably for more centuries than there are written records. Noisome is blowing Climatista smoke.

Ex-Convict Arrested For Allegedly Sparking Massive California Park Fire

The Butte County District Attorney’s Office said a 42-year-old Chico man is accused of starting the Park Fire. [emphasis, links added]

Ronnie Dean Stout II was arrested after he was seen pushing his mother’s car that was on fire into a gully near the Alligator Hole in upper Bidwell Park shortly before 3 p.m. on Wednesday.


That was around the same time the Park Fire sparked.


A photo released by the DA’s office showed a vehicle and the nearby vegetation largely scorched.

Upper Bidwell Park is 3 or 4 miles south of Richardson Springs, and prevailing wind drove the fire northward. The evacuation of Richardson Springs with the short notice they were given makes sense.
