The Democrat talking points memo states that she was put in charge of curbing immigration from Honduras, Guatemala, and El Salvador.  In that regard alone, she failed.  They try to mask her numbers by citing percentages that include immigration from other areas.  But by overall numbers, she was a complete failure.

Here is an example of what the Dems are trying to say:

2021 - Overall immigration, 100.  Kamala's portion, 40.  Non-Kamala portion, 60.  Kamala's percentage, 40%

2023 - Overall immigration, 200.  Kamala's portion, 50.  Non-Kamala portion, 150.  Kamala's percentage, 25%.

Kamala's percentage [of the overall number] went down (even though 25% more people that she was responsible for came in under her watch).
