Eric Holder is running Harris' veep vetting process

The former attorney general and his law firm is overseeing.

Former attorney general Eric Holder is in charge of vetting of running mates for Vice President Kamala Harris, Reuters reported.

The news that Holder and his law firm would be overseeing the operation was confirmed to POLITICO by a person with knowledge of the process.

Holder was America's first Black attorney general under former President Barack Obama, serving from 2009 to 2015. He was also perceived as a trusted adviser to Obama and fierce defender of President Joe Biden, once posting on social media, "Let Biden be Biden. Cut him loose and let him fight."

Harris will need to move quickly to choose a vice presidential candidate for her ticket. The Democratic National Convention kicks off in Chicago in less than a month.

Well, I had predicted that he may be her VP...I was sorta close...he's involved. I think this is nothing more than window dressing.  Her VP will be who they tell her to select.

Shapiro doesn't want it.  He's too smart to jump aboard the Harris train to no where.  He's waiting for 2028 after a second term as Pennsylvania's governor.
