Barak is not qualified to run as President due to the 22nd Amendment, but there is no prohibition for him running as Kamala's VP.

This is the scenario I have been dreading to happen as we all know Kamala will not last long as President if the Harris/Obama ticket wins, a real possibility as Dems would be voting for their hero Barak, not for Harris.

I spoke with some friends of mine over dinner who suggested:

1) The republicans should go somewhat easy on Kamala Harris until the dems are stupid enough to give her a virtual nomination (first week of August).  She provides the best and possibly only shot of Trump winning a second term. 
2) They also must stop demanding Biden's resignation until November 5.  He isn't going to resign, even if he turns into a potted plant.  But if he does, Kamala receives a certain level of gravitas as girlboss President.

Don't know if I agree entirely, but they have a point.

Pretty good points.  I'd like Republicans to stop falling in line behind the liberal agenda and timetable. 

At this point, ignore them except for a passing glance and keep pounding hard on the issues.  The liberals are praying all this chaos will run out the clock on talking about fixing what these aholes have done to this nation. Don't let them get away with this.

I don't think Harris is a foregone conclusion. Let us not forget that Biden's undoing was not his dementia, but his poll numbers.  If they can't get Kamala within striking distance before the convention, the poll numbers will be her undoing as well. I expect to see quite a push here in the next week and a half, and if Harris is still not within the margin of error in the swings states after that, there will be an open convention.
