, Biden will announce his withdrawal as soon as Sunday, followed by an OPEN Democrat convention between Kamala and three or more rivals. Biden will NOT endorse his VP and will NOT resign the presidency.

If Biden bows out the simple part is this: the RNC must sue in every state that had a primary ballot. You have to slow them down and make them pay for this egregious anti-democratic behavior.

The hard part is this: shifting resources, re-targeting, new advertising, videos, attack ads, collateral, mailings, text messages, fundraising,… Everything needs to shift and shift quickly, and that is not an easy task

Republicans must IMMEDIATELY begin to challenge putting a new nominee on ballots after the deadlines in various states.

Knock the Democrat ticket off the ballot in as many states as you possibly can.

Relentlessly go after them legally. It will depress downballot turnout too.

If Republicans attack this properly we can eliminate the system as we know it!

Again I say, verily, do not take anything for granted. No matter what, the Dems will cheat. Fake ballots, the whole works. We still have to win every race by a substantial margin to overcome the fraud.

I think there is zero chance this succeeds. Biden isn't the nominee yet, and not a single state deadline has passed. Changing it after the convention might create an issue, but before/during isn't a problem.
