Why is Biden so fixated on "segregation", when it has not been an issue for many decades?
Because Joe Biden is from the 40s, 50s, 60s, and 70s. He still lives there in his mind.
During that time, segregation was a big deal. Biden thinks he is still living there in that time.
It was how he was raised. For most of Biden's life, the Democrat Party and the KKK were the same thing.

In his addled mind, he does not comprehend that things have changed.
I'm waiting for him to call on MLK and Mandela to give him an endorsement, no sarcasm intended.
He does not know that they are dead. Biden is a relic from a century ago. And he thinks like a century ago.
