Secret Democrat plot to replace Biden revealed: How Clinton, Obama, Pelosi and Schumer will topple the aging President… and when they'll do it

By Charlie Spiering, Senior Political Reporter, Washington, Dc

Published: 09:53 EDT, 17 June 2024 | Updated: 13:25 EDT, 17 June 2024

Nearly every time President Joe Biden appears in public these days, he fuels the chatter: Will aging Joe bow out of the 2024 race? Will he be forced to step aside?

In the latest incident, former president Barack Obama was seen on Saturday reaching for Biden's hand and seemingly guiding the 81-year-old Commander-in-Chief off the stage at a Los Angeles fundraiser.

And that came after Biden stood motionless and stared blankly for a full minute at a Juneteenth celebration at the White House on Monday, as others sang and danced around him. Eventually, Philonise Floyd, brother of the late George Floyd, noticed Biden's concerning pause and wrapped his arm around him to help.

White House spokesperson Andrew Bates is denying that Biden froze in the viral video, calling it a 'cheap fake memo' being spewed by the media.

But it seems no matter how much cold water the Biden campaign or Democratic Party throw on this raging fire of speculation, Americans will not be put off the Great Joe Biden Replacement Theory.

It's the idea that somehow, some way the President will be swapped out as the Democratic Party's candidate ahead of the 2024 election.

'Dropping out would be a big risk. But there's some threshold below which continuing to run is a bigger risk,' polling guru Nate Silver wrote on social media last week. 'Are we there yet? I don't know. But it's more than fair to ask.'

I agree that there is a bigger risk for the DEMS running Brandon than having him step down and that goes as well for Kamel. At best she'll take the prez's seat and they'll tell her who to pick as her VP.

I'm still betting we'll see Michelle Obama on the ticket either VP or prez nominee; Barrack has been more in the spotlight lately.

Hillary Clinton is circling the Biden 2024 Campaign like a buzzard waiting for a wounded animal to die.

Her health isn't the greatest. When she was campaigning for the '16 election she tripped a couple of times, lost her balance and had 'googley eyes' and was late to most of her campaign stops.  I'm doubtful that they'd run her, she's in rough shape. Though if the DEMS are stupid enough to vote for Joe, they'll likely cast a vote for yet another sinister liberal.

The Dems wouldn't run Hillary.  Hillary would attempt to run herself using her fundraising ability and New York media relationships as leverage.

I'm betting on Michelle as well. Who else do they have?

AOC.

The voice of the new generation. She's already begun hedging on Israel.

She won't turn 35 until October and doubtful that she would have the time to qualify to be on the ballot in all the states unless they allowed her to fill out the needed paperwork early, but even at that, she would miss all the early mail-in ballots.

I do expect that she will run in '28.

They have a few that they could run, but other than Newsom and Whitmer, I'm not familiar with the others.

Oh No! That she would even be considered makes my heart stop.

Constitution doesn't say you have to be 35 to run. Just to serve. So as long as she's 35 come January 20, 2025, she can run.

?? Well, I' pretty certain, if you're not old enough to serve, you wouldn't be able to get onto the ballot.

But she will be old enough to serve because she'll be 35 by the time her term would begin.  She's qualified in terms of age.

Replacing Biden  is not as easy as people like to believe

First, there’s no way he’s going to voluntarily step down

Then you have the Kamala Harris problem. She So close to being the first female president, she can taste it. She’s not gonna go quietly

Then there will be a fight between the more moderate wing of the Democratic Party versus the progressive left-wing base on who to run in place of Biden

If the Democrats were serious about dumping Biden, they would’ve done it last year

If Hillary was serious about getting into the 2024 race, Biden would’ve already committed suicide

I would say she is more like a blow fly than a buzzard, leaving a maggot infestation behind her.

Who would replace Biden or Trump atop their parties' tickets?

Neither party has a deep bench.  They remind me of the old Red Sox ... kept old players too long ... weren't recruiting talent, and weren't developing young players in the minor leagues.

As Jean Yawkey got closer to meeting her maker, Lou Gorman traded away all the Red Sox young talent to load the roster with veterans in hopes of winning a World Series before Yawkey croaked.  It failed, and the Red Sox sucked throughout the 1990s.

The same has happened to Congressional Dems and GOP over the past 20 years, especially in the US Senate.
