Half of American voters expect President Biden to once again forget where he is during his crucial upcoming presidential debates — with more than a third expecting top him to wander offstage, a shocking new poll shows.

A staggering 70% expect the gaffe-prone 81-year-old to mess up his words during the TV debates — while 40% think the oldest-ever president is so frail he’ll struggle to even get to his feet, according to the JL Partners poll published Thursday.

Biden’s debate rival, former President Donald Trump, will likely easily win the debate, according to the poll — with an overwhelming 90% of Republicans confident of his victory.



Most worrying, however, 49% expect Biden to forget where he is and 41% think he’ll even walk the wrong way off the debate stage.

Agreed. And there are comments out there about how Mr. Trump will prepare, if at all.  He tends to blow these debates off I think, and go on his usual undisciplined tirades. A calmer, elderly man may appear better in contrast.

When President Joe Biden takes the debate stage with Donald Trump on June 27, 49% of voters expect him to forget where he is, according to a new poll.

The poll, conducted by J.L. Partners, surveyed 500 “likely general election voters” on June 10-11, most of whom said they expect Trump to win the upcoming presidential debate. Seventy percent of those surveyed expect the 81-year-old Biden to mess up his words, 49% expect him to forget where he is, 41% expect him to walk off the wrong side of the stage, and 40% expect Biden to have issues standing up. Only 39% predicted Biden would win the debate, while 50%, including 13% of Democrats, said they expect Trump to win, according to the poll.

For Trump, almost 80% of likely voters surveyed expect him to interrupt Biden during the debate, 61% think he will tell a rambling story, and 54% expect Trump’s mic to be cut off at some point.

I'm hoping that Trump doesn't go full Trump on Brandon and stays away from bringing up his dementia.  He needs to button his lips and let people see it for themselves.

That’s why he eager to debate Biden but not his primary opponents

Not only is Biden likely to wander off stage, he’s likely to slur words and frequently lose his train of thought

Yes, I want the American public to see that his dementia is problematic, but I do have compassion for him and I do feel sorry for him as he obviously has a wife who is either in denial or just doesn't give a darn.
