Illegal foreigners are now brazenly walking down Main Street in town in front of businesses - this is a new significant escalation as border patrol usually keeps illegal foreigners by the fence.

“It’s insanity in Jacumba! The illegals are walking down the street right in front of the hotel. Never happened before. BP must be overwhelmed.”
