Heck, get real. That nonsense has been going on now for a long time.
One of Trump's biggest campaign promises in 2016 was ending the H1-b Visa Program. DAY ONE no less. It was music to my ears and why I voted for him. I was tired of the abuse of the American worker!!!
What did he do? 5-6 months into his presidency, he met with the tech billionaire oligarchs, emerged and increased the numbers of folks (almost exclusively from India) receiving H1-b Visas. Up to 1.6 million USA citizens displaced for folks from India. And many of the Americans displaced from their job were forced to train these low cost people from India.
I wrote the White House 2-3 times every week subsequent to that increase by Trump of the H1-b Visa Program, and stated he would not win in 2020 unless he righted this gross wrong. The perfect irony is that these same tech billionaires spent well over $1 billion to displace Trump. And of course, right now Trump is pursuing meeting with these tech billionaires to kiss their posterior once more.
That's why, truth be told, I would love to see any other Republican as the candidate. Trump has betrayed me and 1.6 million others in a very important way. Hard to compete with folks willing to work for 30-40% of what you were getting paid, and they have no benefits. And despite having federal laws prohibiting the installation of a foreigner in a job that can be filled by a USA citizen, the government and corporations skirt the law. Trump did that. So, Biden bending over folks and pushing them out of their jobs is nothing new.
Last month's report on jobs indicated a decline of 600,000 full time jobs. Don't hear that bit of information in the news. Almost all the job increases during Obama and Biden being POTUS are PART-TIME jobs. Obama with his POS legislation known as the Affordable Care Act unemployed 10+ million folks from full-time jobs with benefits and forced them into part-time jobs and no benefits. And these same stupid people voted for both of these maggots to be POTUS. Now, we have a society where one needs to work three part-time jobs to make barely enough money to get by.
And guess what, it will get worse. If they can do this to the tech industry, they will do it to every industry, including the medical industry. Doctors from India will come here to make $40,000 per year. Watch for a program that fast tracks them to get a license here. When that happens, American doctors will be displaced just like tech workers. Count on it.
