Five Kidnap for Ransom Suspects All Have Immigration Detainer Holds
Fort Bend County, TX: In November 2023, five people were arrested after a woman was kidnapped outside of her home and a call for ransom was placed to her husband.
The woman was later rescued by police and it was found that one of the kidnappers worked with the kidnapped woman.
Pabloe Mendez-Cruz, Jose Kelvin Gustavo Cruz, Williams Redondo-Ramirez, Jose Gonzales-Hernandez, and Claudia Elizabeth Rojas-Rivas were all arrested for Aggravated Kidnapping for Ransom.
