More than two years ago, I said right here on this forum that COVID was a live test to see what they could get away with and that test proved to be WILDLY successful. I have never doubted that there will be others that will be MUCH more lethal to follow so no! My opinions remain unchanged @roamer_1 Never said that WHO wasn't a useful idiot. As to who the actual drivers are, I don't know but I'll guarantee you that they are not people most of us would recognize. Likely friends of GHW Bush and his "NEW World Order" crowd.

Davos made the play, I am pretty sure. That's from the left. Right leaning organizations were caught flat-footed as is evidenced in how many folded up and followed. At least at first.
But it ain't the international bankers and businesses that came to the rescue. It was largely independence minded Western and Midwestern states in the US that said hell no. Much the same in Canada. The Outback states in Australia.
THAT is where the fight is. That is the battle line. Not Tumpy. Not anything federal. The whole shittaree went left, including the administration. Two administrations. though the second is no surprise.
But the fed went left. All of it. That government is the enemy, and always has been. International forces have no purchase, but by them. They are the clear and present danger, and always have been. Don't matter which side.
The head-fake is MAGA. All them bells and whistles going off all the time ought to tell you.
The fix is Conservatism. Regular old boring Conservatism, free of drama. They cannot operate from a small government. Small government doesn't have enough checkbook to usher this shit in. Small government don't have the power.
But MAGA ain't the same as that. MAGA will write the check. They have in the past.
