Hunter Biden departs courtroom as jury deliberates

Hunter Biden departed the courtroom just after 9:20 A.M. Tuesday.

Biden will have to be back in court if there is a verdict, but will not have to return to the court if there are any notes from the jury.

When the jury comes back with a verdict, there will be 15-30 minutes until court resumes session, about the amount of time it would take Biden to return.

The Hunter Biden verdict is in. This is ordinarily a bad sign for a defendant since one would have expected at least a hung jury on this evidence. That would have produced an Allen charge where the court would send them back for additional deliberations...

Hunter is a convicted felon in the gun charge, but his most serious crimes are money laundering and selling out his country to China, which directly implicate his father Joe- so those charges will never be brought

Hunter Biden’s sweetheart plea deal was smoked out after scrutiny by a federal judge. HOT TAKE: I’m glad Hunter Biden is being held accountable for *something*, but I hope he appeals his conviction for purchasing a firearm while being a drug user to SCOTUS and they rule that type of 2A limitation is unconstitutional

I know countless Veterans who are highly trained with weapons but also smoke a little weed to help with their PTSD

They should not be teated as felons

The DOJ allowed the statute of limitations expire on his most serious tax charges, buried evidence of the Bidens' foreign bribery allegations, and attempted to give Hunter a sweetheart deal with broad immunity.

David Weiss wouldn't go after him on the serious tax charges or on FARA because all of that would lead back to the shady business dealings involving his father.

Instead, they went after him for a much lesser charge, where the evidence was way too insurmountable to ignore, so they can scream "nobody is above the law" when they put President Trump in jail.

It's really interesting to see pundits asking for sympathy for #HunterBiden for his drug use, but his father, Joe Biden, didn't give a damn about all those black folks in the 90s who were addicted to crack.
