Retired US Army Lt. Gen. Mark Hertling, who spent part of his career aboard the Abrams tank, reacts to some Ukrainian soldiers telling CNN that their US-supplied Abrams tank are underperforming in the field.

The way everything else in the military seems to operate these days it wouldn't surprise me if they underperformed. **nononono*
