Justice Sonia Sotomayor, Obama's "wise Latina" Supreme Court appointee, admitted in a recent interview that some recent rulings have caused her to shed tears.

There are days that I've come to my office after an announcement of a case and closed my door and cried. There have been those days, and there are likely to be more.

So basically, she's saying that her legal decisions are based solely upon emotion with zero concern for what the law actually says.
