A report from the Huffines Liberty Foundation explains this legal remedy should be pursued, but the U.S. also needs to regain control of the border.

As the border crisis continues under the Biden administration, a new report explains how the U.S. could end birthright citizenship for the children of illegal aliens. 

The latest report from the Huffines Liberty Foundation examined how birthright citizenship came to be and what it has led to.

“Prior to 1868, no one argued that children born in America to noncitizens automatically became American citizens; however, with the ratification of the Fourteenth Amendment, that changed,” explained authors Don Huffines and Bill Peacock.

    In 1898, the U.S. Supreme Court decided that a child born of permanent residents who legally entered the United States was a citizen. Today, this has led to the practice of granting citizenship to the children born of illegal aliens in America.

Permanent residents were documented and approved. Illegals are not. Send them home.

1.  Stop handing out free shit, and illegals will stop crossing the border.

2.  Stop using the term 'anchor baby'.  Just because a baby born on US soil is granted citizenship, it does NOT anchor their illegal parents here.  The parents should still be deported (only after serving a six month sentence for illegal entry).  If they want to surrender their baby over to a legal resident to remain in the US, so be it.  But the illegal parents still have to go.  And if they decide to keep their baby, taking their infant back home with them, then their US citizen child can grow up outside the US.  And when they start working, they can send their payroll tax money back to the US.  It's a win.
