Granted it's Southside Chicago but these poverty-stricken, high taxed, blacks stood up the BS of their pipe dream election just 12 months before and RECALLED their First black Female Mayor~Tiffany.
After the Village of Dolton Voters threw her out by overwhelming numbers, a Court in Ill. threw out the Recall, for an invalid question on the Ballot.
