Pro-Palestine protesters gathered near the lawn in front of the Old Main building on Arizona State University's Tempe campus. Three people were arrested.

Well,

Charges dismissed because the evidence has not been submitted.

Prosecutors have 1 year to refile charges.

My guess...they were just trying to scare them. 

If they let them off this easy, I'll be unhappy.
