If Joe's assessment is it's going to happen sooner or later -- bank on it. Gee, I don't know -- I don't trust Joe and who knows what 'situation' he has helped create. Just my opinion.
This is reminiscent of Joe saying that he thinks 'Putin' is going to escalate the war in Ukraine a month or so before Putin actually struck -- meanwhile Joe had been giving Zelenskyy $$; you know, just in case.
