A group of Berkeley law students accepted an invitation to dine at the private home of dean Erwin Chemerinsky and his wife, a law professor, then disrupted the event and refused to leave. Bizarrely, this student claims her conduct is protected by the 1st Amendment. Activists are attacking the dean and professor as "white supremacist" and "Zionist."

A supporter of this protest is calling on people to have the dean swatted.

'Protected by the first amendment'?

No, it's not.

These are monsters of the Libs' own making.

When the ends justifies the means, the means cease to exist.

What revolutionary whack-job doesn't believe God / Fate / Destiny / Fortune / Moral High Ground is on his side?

So these people think they can come in to a private residence, invited or not, and stage a protest and it's protected by the 1st Amendment?

I think they need to stay in school a while longer and learn what private property is. And extending hospitality is.
