 WHO calls for world pandemic treaty to prepare for deadly ‘Disease X’

World Health Organization (WHO) Director-General Tedros Ghebreyesus has called on countries to sign on to the health organization’s pandemic treaty so the world can prepare for “Disease X.”

Ghebreyesus, speaking in front of an audience at the World Economic Forum in Davos on Wednesday, said that he hoped countries would reach a pandemic agreement by May to address this “common enemy.”

Disease X is a hypothetical “placeholder” virus that has not yet been formed, but scientists say it could be 20 times deadlier than COVID-19.

It was added to the WHO’s short list of pathogens for research in 2017 that could cause a “serious international epidemic,” according to a 2022 WHO press release.

Ghebreyesus said that COVID-19 was the first Disease X, but it’s important to prepare for another pandemic.

In case the diseases they've designed don't completely wipe us out, there's always starvation.

WHO head, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, declares war on meat and traditional agriculture, in the name of fighting "climate change":  "Our food systems are harming the health of people and planet. Food systems contribute to over 30% of greenhouse gas emissions, and account for almost one third of the global burden of disease. ... Transforming food systems is therefore essential, by shifting towards healthier, diversified and more plant based diets."

Dairy cattle moving between states must be tested for the bird flu virus, U.S. agriculture officials said Wednesday as they try to track and control the growing outbreak.

AP reports that the federal order was announced a day after health officials said they had detected inactivated remnants of the virus, known as Type A H5N1, in samples taken from milk during processing and after retail sale......

The WHO pandemic treaty has FAILED as they couldn't reach an agreement.
Major setback for Bill Gates as he is behind 88% of philantrophic donations to the WHO.

Inactivated/dead viruses are one (of several) vaccine technology. However what is time consuming is that producing enough such material to produce large numbers of doses requires culturing and processing large amounts of the pertinent virus. E.G. in the case of the annual flu shots, that process takes several months, and by the time the anticipated quantity of vaccine has been produced the influenza viruses then in circulation may or may not be what were circulating at the time that year's vaccine production was planned.

I expect that there is a vaccine for this particular virus variant, but because the virus hasn't crossed over to humans to a significant degree, it probably has only gone through whatever process there is for veterinary usage. So at this point the issue is producing enough vaccine to avoid a mass extermination of poultry, and the vaccine company deciding whether to do whatever process there would be to get the existing vaccine approved for humans.
