BREAKING: Biden's DOJ suggests prosecution for J6ers who never went into the Capitol

US Attorney Matthew Graves has suggested that those who were at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, and did not go into the building can be prosecuted.

Graves said, that protestors—if they were on restricted Capitol grounds on Jan. 6, 2021, and had not gone in the building—would have "committed a federal crime."

"We have used our prosecutorial discretion to primarily focus on those who entered the building or those who engaged in violent or corrupt conduct on Capitol grounds," Graves said in a press briefing on Jan. 4. He then suggested that others who went on the Capitol grounds themselves could be prosecuted.

Jack Posobiec posted online about his comments, saying, "He’s talking about the public lawn of the Capitol," and then adding, "This is how insane these people are."
