When Biden issues his list of pardons, Congress and DoJ need to start investigating all the people on the list. Anybody who accepts a Pardon has waived his/her 5th Amendment right to protection from self-incrimination and can be forced to testify against their bosses and subordinates..

What Biden and the Democrats are barking for is 'IMMUNITY' not a pardon. A PARDON forgives a crime which has been committed.
IMMUNITY protects against currently unknown crimes which may be discovered with investigation.

POTUS does not have the power to grant nonspecific blanket IMMUNITY for unknown past decades and in perpetuity, for unknown crimes which have not been investigated or discovered yet.

Should 'immunity' be granted by Biden (which would not stand on review), it would in fact be a real life version of the imaginary "get out of jail free" card in actual reality. I cannot imagine that Biden and his cohorts would be able to get away with this nonsense.

If they are "immune," then they can't be found guilty of anything, and the 5th amendment exclusion is null and void. I think that was my point....

You can believe that, and to some degree, be correct (Putin could have refrained), but Biden's weak response to cross border operations by Russia in Ukraine, combined with the sh*tshow withdrawal from Afghanistan (a projection of weakness) did more to encourage Putin's military adventures in Ukraine than not. The commands from Afghanistan came from on high, the troops just did the best with the mess they were ordered to participate in.
