The idea that somebody looked at a purple onion and called it a red onion really bothers me.

1. That is not what they look like.
2. IF that was real, and IF some fool detonated it, it would take out the front of their house, along with any living thing within 50 meters.

Those things are far from a joke.

Even though this is obviously just a spoof, still, those things give me the heebie-jeebies. I could never have that on or in my home.

The back story:

They announce to the world that the camera is still operating, tipping off the people who have it.  Yet Milwaukee police still haven't made any arrests.

During my youth, from age 0 to 55, I was always a healthy bull. Never got sick. Loved aching muscles because to me it meant health and growth. However, after retirement all those muscles begin to atrophy. My entire body is changing shape replacing muscle with fat. This causes massive cramps as my body readjusts to a life of leisure.

As you said, if I reach for something behind my back or move in some weird way, the painful muscle spasms (mostly rib cage, legs, and feet) start. It is all part of nature. Once I started seeing gray in my nose-hair, I knew then that I had won the race. If I die today, I still outlived a lot of people I knew and worked with growing up. For me, everyday after 60 is a bonus. Never expected to get that far.

Getting old is NOT for the faint-of-heart, but it is better than the alternative.
