Israel should have tagged everyone of the terrorists released with some sort of locator, RFID/something, and once they have all the hostages alive or dead returned they should destroy every location they are identified at and insure they won’t live to harm another Israeli or Christian.

No, it's very thinkable.  That's what Hamas is, that's what Hamas does.  And, by extension, that is what Iran is, and what Iran does.

Hamas freed six hostages on Saturday in exchange for more than 600 Palestinian prisoners as part of the fragile ceasefire agreement with Israel.

The first two men released were identified as Tal Shoham, 40, and Avera Mengistu, 39. Video footage showed the two men looking frail and scared as they were taken to a stage in front of a crowd while flanked by masked gunmen. They were handed over to the Red Cross and were on their way to the IDF.

An additional three hostages – Omer Wenkert, 23; Omer Shem Tov, 22, and Eliya Cohen, 27 – were subsequently released in the central town of Nuseirat. They were dressed in fake army uniforms, though they were not soldiers when they were kidnapped.

The three were put in Red Cross vehicles that then headed for Israel.

President Donald Trump seemed to welcome the news, writing on Truth Social, "SIXTH HOSTAGE HAS JUST BEEN RELEASED BY HAMAS!"

Hisham Al-Sayed, 36, an Israeli Bedouin who was kidnapped by Hamas in April 2015, was officially handed off to the Red Cross on Saturday after nearly 10 years in Gaza.

The Israeli Defense Forces and Israel Security Agency said in a joint statement that another hostage, in addition to the six who were released today, was transferred to the Red Cross, but did not provide details.

 Horrific cruelty Body of Shiri Bibas ID’d as Israeli officials say she was murdered in Hamas captivity with two sons: report

The body of Shiri Bibas, who was taken hostage by Hamas along with her two sons, was returned to Israel, her family confirmed early Saturday — and Israeli officials reportedly said she was murdered in captivity.

Bibas’ remains were identified in the early hours of Saturday morning at the Abu Kabir Forensic Institute after Hamas handed off ‘anonymous unidentified’ remains in a previous exchange, The Times of Israel reported.

Kibbutz Nir Oz, the village where the Bibas family lived, said that the mother was murdered while being held hostage in Gaza.

Israeli officials also said an assessment determined Bibas was “brutally” murdered alongside her two young children in November 2023, according to the report.

“Shiri was a wonderful mother to Ariel and Kfir, a loving partner to Yarden, a dedicated sister and aunt and incredible friend,” her family said in a statement Saturday. “Thanks to everyone for your support and love these 16 months, we wish that Shiri could be here to see it.”

Prayers for Israel and for Bibi; he has an extremely difficult decision to make.

I do feel that the amount of Hamas prisoners being released will only embolden Hamas and gives them additional soldiers to terrorize and fight Israelis. The numbers of Hamas hostages being released is extremely disproportionate to the amount of Israeli hostages Hamas is releasing.  The condition of the Israeli hostages is pretty bad and some returned have been dead. 

The fact that 3 buses were recently blown up which Hamas has taken credit for, indicates to me that his hostage release is nothing more than a really sick game and likely any of the remaining hostages are either dead or in extremely bad shape.

Hamas is merely a symptom of the real problem which remains the Mullahs in IRAN.
