Not familiar with NYC's finances or solvency, but that sure doesn't seem sustainable.

Anyone got any intel of their Muni-Bond portfolio?

New Yorkers might as well go ahead and adopt  an alien family  and  be done with it. At least that way they  can  write them off on their taxes.
