Many young kids are not getting ‘life-saving’ vaccines, study finds: 'Concerning trend'

One in six toddler-age kids haven't received the full series of shots — experts share risk factors

More than one in six toddlers are not getting all of the doses of the recommended early childhood vaccines, according to a new study published in the journal Pediatrics on July 25.

A team of researchers from the University of Montana analyzed vaccination records from 2019 for several childhood immunizations — measles, polio, tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis (whooping cough), Hepatitis B, mumps, rubella, Haemophilus influenzae type b, varicella and pneumococcal infections — for more than 16,300 U.S. toddlers between 19 and 35 months of age.

Most of the vaccines require three or four doses for full protection — but more than 27% of the children had not received the entire series.

Does the Hepatitis B (HepB) vaccine used in the United States stop infection and transmission of Hepatitis B in a school setting?

Answer: HepB is mandated to attend school in most states and the justification for these rights-crushing mandates is to prevent transmission of Hepatitis B in the school setting. So, on behalf of @ICANdecide, we sent a Freedom of Information Act request to CDC asking for “documentation sufficient to reflect any case(s) of transmission of Hepatitis B in an elementary, middle, or high school setting.”

In response, the CDC explained that: “A search of our [CDC] records failed to reveal any documents” of “transmission of Hepatitis B in an elementary, middle or high school setting.”* This is because Hepatitis B is a bloodborne illness, typically transmitted by sex workers or drug users sharing needles — not activities that occur in a classroom setting. ...

The abnormal is not the normal just because it is prevalent.

Children of ILLEGALS or those that are here ILLEGALLY should be turned away and not allowed to enter our schools in the first place.

Yeah, that ship sailed decades ago, I remember the bullsquat way back when my kids were in elementary school and they tried the bilingual crap first teach it in English and then Spanish and all it did was rob native English speaking kids of learning time and robbed the illegals kids of learning English. Not a single one of us kids spoke a word of English when we started school but we learned without schools having Hungarian speaking teachers. So were we just so much smarter than Spanish speakers or did/do pandering liberals just do a grave injustice to Hispanic kids? Illegals shouldn't be in our schools but the situation I described still effects children of legal immigrants.
