NEW: Last Friday, the second ranking Democrat in the Minnesota House of Reps Dan Wolgamott was arrested for DWI. I obtained the security footage prior to his arrest that shows him leaving a liquor store, taking multiple pulls from a bottle in the parking lot, barely being able to open his car door and sitting in his car drinking for almost 10 more minutes before haphazardly driving away.

Bonus points for no front plate and expired registration.
