A new Democrat-authored bill making its way through the legislature in California would eventually ban the sale of all tobacco products.

The bill would not affect marijuana, however.

This is typical of Democrats. They claim to be all about choice but it’s a lie. They don’t want people to be able to make their own choices. They have already banned menthol cigarettes in some places.

Has anyone ever studied marijuana smoke for carcinogens?

Maybe they prefer the delicate aroma of skunk to tobacco.

In other news out on the wire....Cali street herb is now cheaper than the Taxed to hell legally dispensed chronic. Store are feeling the pinch and are shutting down.  The state is seeing millions of tax dollars going up in smoke.

But if they ban all tobacco what will happen to all those wonderful taxes the state collects? Will they just increase taxes some where else? OF COURSE THEY WILL! We are talking about the socialists running the state after all. And what about the extra tax on tobacco products that socialist Meathead Reiner helped convince idiot California voters to pass 'for the children'? No one can expect the children, and the special anti tobacco advertisers to do without their money, so there will have to be another tax levied to keep them in the dough!

What are Noisome and his troupe of socialist buttmonkeys thinking? Don't they realize how many of the illegal migrants they work so hard to bring into California are smokers and this kind of restriction will simply cause them to relocate to other states or heaven forbid, break the law and smoke anyway? At least the socialist democrats will have added new jobs to the state...tobacco smugglers.

Every democrap governor we have had is worse than the one before and that includes Moonbeam 2.0, short of a plague that only terminates democrats I just don't see California returning to an actual two party system.
