TOLD US IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS HE WAS NOT INTERESTED IN INVESTIGATING ANYONE AT THE COLUMBIA REGIONAL OFFICE. SO, WE'LL HAVE TO CONDUCT THE INVESTIGATION FOR HIM.
