The Kremlin suggested that a ceasefire take place between noon on Friday and midnight on Saturday, allowing Russians to celebrate Christmas on January 7.

By means of shrewd lies, unremittingly repeated, it is possible to make people believe that heaven is hell - and hell heaven. The greater the lie, the more readily it will be believed.

Adolf Hitler  (and democrats)

The receptivity of the masses is very limited, their intelligence is small, but their power of forgetting is enormous. In consequence of these facts, all effective propaganda must be limited to a very few points and must harp on these in slogans until the last member of the public understands what you want him to understand by your slogan.
