  • Ah, the air is so much fresher here...
This could really backfire if they take a doc to trial and they blow them out of the water with an overwhelming preponderance of evidence.

  • I don't believe in Trump anymore, he's an illusion

Well this law was written by democrats and they don't think, I bet if a doctor did take it to trial and up, our AG Bonta would tell Noisome he wouldn't defend it, just like he did with the last stupid unconstitutional law California democrats passed. Bonta maybe a dem but he seems to be a little smarter than past California AG's like The Cackler.

  • I was a "conspiracy theorist". Now I'm just right.
So, who decides what "misinformation" the State is going with as "fact"?

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

Twitter  laid off a lot of employees, some of whom might relish such a First Amendment-violating job.

Why yes, yes they did!
Technically, a private corp can moderate content as they please (and they did), but the problem is that the FBI (and likely other government agencies) was telling them who to silence.
Then, the Government is using Twitter to censor opinion and fact, and that is a violation of 18 U.S.C. ยง 241and illegal as Hell, as well as unconstitutional.

Worst of all, in re the Hunter Biden Laptop, and with COVID, we know that the FBI and a slew of other government agencies were not confined to Twitter, but pulling strings and levers on a wide variety of platforms and media outlets. (There should be a purge of those agency employees and their superiors who gave the orders, though it is unlikely.)

...and now we know why those lengthy "investigations" take so long and cost so much. Want to bet the J6 incident was well within that penumbra of propaganda?
