Fellow landlords, I have an idea...

That is a readymade recipe for civil litigation. She will claim 'rape' (or something) in the first month.
BTW: I have serious doubt that the landlord looks anything close to that picture.
If the tenant stays there for a certain amount of time, she can file for common-law marriage status.

So I started streaming a movie from the internet. It is a famous highly rated American movie. I noticed that it was a Spanish streaming channel which I don't mind, assuming the American movie is in English with Spanish subtitles. But no. No sugar tonight in my coffee. No sugar tonight in my tea.

I was sorely disappoint to find they had dubbed over the English with a Spanish narrator, and no subtitles. OK? What is funny about that?

The odd thing about the situation was that it was the same guy. Let me explain. Every character, male or female, it was the same narrator. No inflection. No emotion. They had a guy simply reading the script in Spanish over the movie. Damdest thing I have ever seen. And the answer is No. I did not finish the movie.
