Most of this depends on the Governors, just like during the COVID.

If the FedGov tries to 'suspend the Constitution' - and they will - all the states have to is say 'negatory' and it's on.

Suspending the Constitution means the FedGov is no longer the FedGov. They are a dictatorial, police state coup. They get rounded up and dirt naps for treason.
