No ... I want to slap Jill...she continues to let her husband be on display for ALL to see how demented he is and how he's deteriorating at a rapid pace. She sits by and watches him struggle, unable to function.  Time to take his suit off...make him comfortable and realize he needs round the clock care.  If she is unable to care for him then he needs to be put into a nursing home or an Alzheimer care facility.  Certainly she can afford it.

Even more frightening, the changing and frequent drug cocktails he's given probably make it near impossible to judge what Joe's function level is.

And while I'm sure Jill doesn't mind the perks of propping up her beloved husband, she's not the one directing it.
