Joe Biden is probably not coherent enough to even think to ask that question.
But in case you're wondering where the U.S. Navy has its aircraft carriers at any moment,
you can visit https://news.usni.org/category/fleet-tracker
That site is maintained by the United States Naval Institute,
a private organization made up mostly of Navy veterans
who are interested in the well-being of the U.S. Navy.
There are other similar organizations, like the Air Force Association, etc.
Each aircraft carrier is accompanied by about twenty other ships.
They are there mainly to protect the carrier from attacks by
enemy submarines and surface ships.
With twelve carrier groups, each escorted by twenty other ships,
that means that the carrier fleet makes up about half of the Navy,
as counted by number of ships.
It is rare that all twelve would be deployed at any one time.
Most of the time, two or three of the groups are at a naval base,
(southeast Virginia, or San Diego)
receiving maintenance, replenishment, etc.
I don't think the carriers can fit through the Panama Canal,
even the new, larger third lane that opened a few years ago.
Another website that tracks naval ships is:
https://www.marinevesseltraffic.com/navy-ships/US%20Aircraft%20Carriers%20Location%20Tracker
Each page on that website shows the location of just one ship.
To find all twelve groups, you would have to look at twelve pages.

mankind would be no more justified in silencing that one person, than he, if he had the power, would be justified in silencing mankind.
