It was written by Ronnie Dunn, and Brooks & Dunn later released their iconic cover in 1992, which became a massive hit and signature song.

Original Version: Asleep at the Wheel released their western swing version first in 1990.

Hit Version: Brooks & Dunn's version was released in 1992, turning the song into a national line-dancing phenomenon.

Songwriter: Ronnie Dunn of Brooks & Dunn wrote the song before his duo with Kix Brooks was formed.
